Process payroll using a third party payroll service, record payroll and make journal entries in accounting system, submit 401K contributions and employer match payments to the 401K plan, track vacation and sick time for employees, process final paychecks for terminated employees, manage 1099 contractors, generate and file 1099’s at year end.

Financial Statements

Produce cash flow statements, balance sheets, P&L’s, and A/P and A/R aging reports, record any necessary journal entries, forecast upcoming expenses and recommend cash flow procedures, budgeting, year-end reconciliations, various financial analysis as needed, analyze and reconcile out of balance trust accounts and pass OARC Trust Account audits.

Human Resources

Manage employee benefits such as medical/dental insurance and 401K plan, compile data for third party administrator for filing of 5500 tax return for 401K plan, IRS new employee form processing, employee retention.
